  • How long do your doughnuts last?

Day old doughnuts are never very good. Doughnuts should be enjoyed as soon as possible, preferably within 6 hours to maintain optimal freshness. Doughnuts can be eaten within 24 hours, but quality and texture may be compromised so please order accordingly.

  • How should we store your products?

Unfilled doughnuts should be kept at room temperature in the box or bag they were packaged in. You can refresh a day old doughnut by popping them in a microwave for 15 seconds or in a 350° toaster oven for about 1 minute (will slightly affect the icing and draw out the oil making it more greasy). Filled doughnuts should be consumed as soon as possible to prevent the fillings from spoiling. You can refrigerate filled donuts, but this will cause the doughnuts to dry out and will lessen the quality. Always allow a refrigerated doughnut to come back to room temperature.

  • Can your products be frozen for later consumption?

We don't recommend freezing our doughnuts for consumption at a later date.

  • Do you ship your products?

No. Our doughnuts are handmade daily without preservatives. We value the quality of our products and since yeast raised doughnuts have a short shelf life, shipping is not an option.

  • How much are your doughnuts?

Our doughnuts range from $4 to $6 depending on the flavor.

  • Do your products contain allergens?

Yes. Our doughnuts are not suitable for people with a soy, coconut or wheat allergies. People with a gluten sensitivity or intolerance should not consume our doughnuts. Some of our doughnuts may contain nuts depending on our rotating flavors, so we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur on any individual doughnut. We are not a nut or gluten free facility, so we advise customers with serious nut or gluten allergies to avoid consuming our doughnuts entirely.

  • What makes your doughnuts so special?

Our doughnuts are made, cut, fried, filled and decorated by hand. We do not use pre-made mixes, icings or fillings to make our doughnuts. Aside from organic sprinkles, everything is scratch-made from high quality ingredients. We carefully source our ingredients because it’s extremely important to us that we serve our guests mindfully and compassionately crafted treats. You will never find animal products, bone char ingredients, hydrogenated oils, trans fat, GMO ingredients, palm oil, artificial flavors or synthetic coloring in our products. We use many organic ingredients such as organic coconut based non-dairy butter, sprinkles, chocolate chips and cocoa powder. We also use unbleached and unbromated flour, aluminum-free baking powder and fair trade chocolate chips and cocoa powder in our products. Flavors change seasonally and are often inspired by our favorite desserts. We also collaborate with many other local vegan vendors to offer innovative flavors that you cannot find elsewhere. Supporting other vegan businesses and the vegan community as a whole is very important to us!

  • Do you have nutritional information about your doughnuts?

No. We don't have that information, but we do use all natural and high quality ingredients.

  • Are your doughnuts organic?

Our doughnuts are not, but some of the ingredients we use are. We simply try to find the best ingredients, some of which are organic.

  • Are your doughnuts vegan?

Yes 100%! Always and forever!

  • Do you use artificial colorings or flavorings?

No, we do not. All of our ingredients are natural.

  • Are your doughnuts kosher?

No. We are not certified kosher.

  • What kind of oil do you use?

We use Non-GMO canola oil to fry our doughnuts.

  • Do you deliver?

No. At this time, we do not offer delivery, nor do we work directly with any of the delivery services like Postmates, Uber Eats, etc.

  • Can I order custom letters/numbers/colored doughnuts?

As much as we would love to, we are not able to do any sort of custom doughnuts. We only offer what is on our current daily/monthly menu.

  • Do you wholesale your products?

We are currently at our maximum for wholesale accounts. If interested, please feel free to e-mail us and we will keep your information on file to reach out to you when we are ready to take on more wholesale accounts.

  • Do you take special orders?

We do our best to accommodate special orders, but unfortunately we cannot always take them on. Please e-mail us for more information.

  • Can we pre-order doughnuts?

Not at the moment, but we plan on having an online ordering system soon!
